[343] For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not arise, did unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not cease for that one? They did cease. Or rather, for whomever unwholesome phenomena did not cease, do wholesome phenomena not arise for that one? There is none.
