[217] "For whom wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) did not cease, for him unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) did not cease?" There is none. "Or, for whom unwholesome phenomena did not cease, for him wholesome phenomena did not cease?" There is none.
