[216] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) had ceased, had indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) ceased for that one there?
Yes.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena had ceased, had unwholesome phenomena ceased for that one there?
For beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, and for the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them, there, indeterminate phenomena had ceased, but unwholesome phenomena had not ceased for them there. For the others — those of four-constituent and five-constituent existence (catuvokāra, pañcavokāra) — for them, there, both indeterminate phenomena had ceased and unwholesome phenomena had ceased.
