"Yes."
"Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena had ceased, had wholesome phenomena ceased for that one there?"
"For beings of the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa) while the second mind (citta) is occurring, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta): for them, there, indeterminate phenomena had ceased, but wholesome phenomena had not ceased for them there. For the others — the four-aggregate (catuvokāra) and five-aggregate (pañcavokāra) beings — for them, there, both indeterminate phenomena had ceased and wholesome phenomena had ceased."
