Or else, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena have ceased, have wholesome phenomena ceased for that one there?
For those of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa), while the second unwholesome mind (citta) is occurring, unwholesome phenomena have ceased for them there, but wholesome phenomena have not ceased for them there. For the others — those of four-aggregate existence (catuvokāra) and of five-aggregate existence (pañcavokāra) — both unwholesome phenomena have ceased for them there and wholesome phenomena have ceased.
