[247] For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not cease, did unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not cease for that one? They did cease. Or, for whomever unwholesome phenomena did not cease, do wholesome phenomena not cease for that one? There is none.
