[246] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) cease, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) ceased for that one there?
Yes (āmantā).
Or else, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena have ceased, do unwholesome phenomena cease for that one there?
For all [beings] at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of mind (citta), at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of a mind dissociated from the unwholesome (akusala-vippayutta-citta), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for these, there, indeterminate phenomena have ceased, but unwholesome phenomena do not cease for them there. At the moment of dissolution of unwholesome [phenomena]: for these, there, both indeterminate phenomena have ceased and unwholesome phenomena cease.
