[259] For whomever, wherever, wholesome (kusala) phenomena (dhammā) cease, will indeterminate (abyākata) phenomena cease for that one there?
Yes (āmantā).
Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will cease, do wholesome phenomena cease for that one there?
For all [beings] at the moment of the arising of mind (citta), for [those] at the moment of the dissolution of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for these, there, indeterminate phenomena will cease, but wholesome phenomena do not cease for them there. At the moment of the dissolution of wholesome [states]: for these, there, both indeterminate phenomena will cease and wholesome phenomena cease.
