[355] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) cease for that one there?
Yes.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will cease, do wholesome phenomena arise for that one there?
For all beings at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for these, there, indeterminate phenomena will cease, but wholesome phenomena do not arise for them there. At the moment of the arising of the wholesome, for these, there, indeterminate phenomena will cease and wholesome phenomena arise.
