For all — at the moment of dissolution of mind (citta), and at the moment of arising of a mind dissociated from the wholesome — unwholesome phenomena have ceased for them there, but wholesome phenomena do not arise for them there. At the moment of arising of wholesome phenomena, unwholesome phenomena have ceased for them there, and wholesome phenomena arise.
