[356] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) cease for that one there?

Or, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will cease, do unwholesome phenomena arise for that one there?
For all [beings] at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising of mind dissociated from the unwholesome, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them, there, indeterminate phenomena will cease, but unwholesome phenomena do not arise for them there. At the moment of the arising of unwholesome [states]: for them, there, both indeterminate phenomena will cease and unwholesome phenomena arise.
