For all beings at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of consciousness (citta), at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of consciousness dissociated from the wholesome (kusalavippayutta), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) — for them, there (in that plane), indeterminate phenomena have ceased, but wholesome phenomena do not cease for them, there (in that plane). At the moment of dissolution of wholesome states, for them, there (in that plane), indeterminate phenomena have ceased and wholesome phenomena cease.
