[244] For whomever, wherever, wholesome (kusala) phenomena (dhammā) cease, have unwholesome (akusala) phenomena ceased for that one there?

Or else, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena have ceased, do wholesome phenomena cease for that one there?
For all [beings] at the moment of arising of mind (citta), and at the moment of dissolution of a mind dissociated from the wholesome (kusalavippayutta-citta), unwholesome phenomena have ceased for them there, but wholesome phenomena do not cease for them there. At the moment of dissolution of wholesome [states], both unwholesome phenomena have ceased for them there and wholesome phenomena cease.
