[373] For whom unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) did not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one? There is none. Or, for whom indeterminate phenomena will not cease, did unwholesome phenomena not arise for that one? They arose.
