[372] For whom wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) did not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one? There is none. Or rather, for whom indeterminate phenomena will not cease, did wholesome phenomena not arise for that one? They did arise.
