[371] For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) did not arise, will unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not cease for him? There is none. Or rather, for whomever unwholesome phenomena will not cease, did wholesome phenomena not arise for him? They did arise.
