[156] For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not arise, did indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not arise for that one? They arose. Or rather, for whomever indeterminate phenomena did not arise, do wholesome phenomena not arise for that one? There is none.
