[1418] One who fully understands the eye faculty (cakkhundriya)—will that one realize the perfect-knower faculty (aññātāvindriya)?
Yes.
Or rather, one who will realize the perfect-knower faculty—does that one fully understand the eye faculty?
Seven persons will realize the perfect-knower faculty, but they do not fully understand the eye faculty; one endowed with the highest path (aggamagga) will realize the perfect-knower faculty and also fully understands the eye faculty.
