[328] For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will not arise, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one?
For those possessed of the supreme path (aggamagga) and for Arahants: wholesome phenomena will not arise for them, but it is not the case that indeterminate phenomena will not cease for them. At the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of the final mind (pacchimacitta): for them wholesome phenomena will not arise, and indeterminate phenomena will not cease.
Or rather, for whomever indeterminate phenomena will not cease, will wholesome phenomena not arise for that one?
