[330] "Where wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will not arise, will unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not cease there?" — "Yes (āmantā)." "Or else: where unwholesome phenomena will not cease, will wholesome phenomena not arise there?" — "Yes."
