[471] Is what is not mind (mano) not a faculty (indriya)? Setting aside mind, the remaining faculties are not mind but are faculties; setting aside mind and the faculties, the rest are neither mind nor faculties. Is what is not a faculty not the eye-faculty (cakkhundriya)? Yes. … Is what is not mind not a faculty? Setting aside mind, the remaining faculties are not mind but are faculties; setting aside mind and the faculties, the rest are neither mind nor faculties. Is what is not a faculty not the perfect-knower faculty (aññātāvindriya)? Yes.
