"Yes."
"Or rather, where the life faculty arises, does the nose faculty arise there?"
"In the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and in the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), the life faculty arises there, but the nose faculty does not arise there. In the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), both the life faculty arises there and the nose faculty arises there."
