[730] Where the eye-faculty (cakkhundriya) arose, did the nose-faculty (ghānindriya) arise there? In the form sphere (rūpāvacara), the eye-faculty arose there, but the nose-faculty did not arise there. In the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), both the eye-faculty arose there and the nose-faculty arose there. Or rather, where the nose-faculty arose, did the eye-faculty arise there? Yes.
