Or else, where the mind faculty will arise, will the femininity faculty arise there?
In the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), the mind faculty will arise there, but the femininity faculty will not arise there; in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), there both the mind faculty will arise and the femininity faculty will arise.
