[1094] Dependent on (paṭicca) a phenomenon (dhamma) associated (sampayutta) with pleasant feeling (vedanā), a phenomenon associated with pleasant feeling arises — not by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya) … not by repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya) … . Both [the section on] not-postnascence and [the section on] not-repetition are complete, including rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi).
