[1095] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) associated with pleasant feeling (sukhā vedanā), there arises a phenomenon associated with pleasant feeling, not by kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya): Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) associated with pleasant feeling, there arises volition (cetanā) associated with pleasant feeling.
