[1103] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā), there arises a phenomenon associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, by not-path condition (na-magga-paccaya): In dependence on one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate (khandha) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, two aggregates [arise]; in dependence on two aggregates, one aggregate [arises]. At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhi-kkhaṇa), in dependence on one aggregate associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, two aggregates [arise]; in dependence on two aggregates, one aggregate [arises].
