[1163] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (vedanā) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with painful feeling by way of immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya). Adverting (āvajjanā) is a condition for the aggregates associated with painful feeling by way of immediacy condition.
