[1221] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with pleasant feeling (sukhā vedanā) is a condition, by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), for a phenomenon associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā) … is a condition by way of decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya) … is a condition by way of kamma condition (kamma-paccaya).
