[1250] Dependent on a phenomenon productive of result (vipākadhammadhamma) and a phenomenon that is neither result nor productive of result (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), there arises a phenomenon that is neither result nor productive of result, by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): dependent on aggregates that are productive of result and on the primary elements (mahābhūta), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa).
