[1249] Dependent on a resultant (vipāka) phenomenon (dhamma) and a phenomenon that is neither-resultant-nor-productive-of-result (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), there arises a phenomenon that is neither-resultant-nor-productive-of-result, by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): dependent on the resultant aggregates and the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa) [arises].
