[1268] Dependent on a resultant phenomenon (vipāko dhammo), a resultant phenomenon arises, not by root condition (na hetupaccayā):
Dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) resultant aggregate (khandha), three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates arise. At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on one resultant aggregate, three aggregates arise; dependent on three aggregates, one aggregate arises; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates arise.
Dependent on a resultant phenomenon, a phenomenon that is neither resultant nor productive of result (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma) arises, not by root condition:
Dependent on the rootless resultant aggregates, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises. At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking, dependent on the resultant aggregates, kamma-produced form (kaṭattā-rūpa) arises.
