[1269] Dependent on a result-producing phenomenon (vipākadhammadhamma), a result-producing phenomenon arises by non-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya): Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), there arises delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
