Dependent on one aggregate that is neither kamma-result nor productive of kamma-result, three aggregates and mind-originated materiality (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arise; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates and mind-originated materiality arise; dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta), three primary elements arise; dependent on the primary elements, mind-originated materiality that is derivative materiality (upādā-rūpa) arises; external … nutriment-originated … temperature-originated … For the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): dependent on one primary element, three primary elements arise; dependent on the primary elements, kamma-born materiality (kaṭattā-rūpa) that is derivative materiality arises.
