[1492] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to and not subject to clinging is a condition, by way of predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya), both for a phenomenon that is not clung to but subject to clinging and for a phenomenon that is not clung to and not subject to clinging.
Conascence predominance (sahajātādhipati): a predominant factor that is not clung to and not subject to clinging is a condition, by way of predominance condition, for the associated aggregates (sampayuttaka-khandhā) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
