[1513] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) by dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya). The aggregates (khandhā) that are clung-to and subject to clinging are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by dependence condition; the base (vatthu) is a condition for the aggregates that are not clung-to but subject to clinging by dependence condition.
