[1577] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not-clung-to and not-favorable-to-clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) is a condition, by faculty condition (indriya-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is not-clung-to but favorable-to-clinging (anupādinnupādāniya). Faculties (indriya) that are not-clung-to and not-favorable-to-clinging are a condition, by faculty condition, for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
