[1552] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to and not subject to clinging is a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung to but subject to clinging by way of kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): volition (cetanā) that is not clung to and not subject to clinging is a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by way of kamma condition.
