[1551] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta) and asynchronous (nānākhaṇika).
Conascent: volition (cetanā) that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging is a condition for the associated aggregates by kamma condition.
Asynchronous: wholesome volition that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging is a condition for the resultant aggregates that are not clung-to and not subject to clinging by kamma condition.
