[1621] Phenomena (dhammā) that are clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) and those that are not clung-to and not subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) are a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging by presence condition (atthi-paccaya) — conascent (sahajāta), prenascent (purejāta).
Conascent: one aggregate (khandha) that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging and the base (vatthu) are a condition for three aggregates by presence condition; three aggregates and the base are a condition for one aggregate by presence condition; two aggregates and the base are a condition for two aggregates by presence condition.
