[1620] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) and a phenomenon that is not clung to and not subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) are a condition for a phenomenon that is clung to and subject to clinging by presence condition (atthi-paccaya): Postnascence (pacchājāta), faculty (indriya). Postnascent: the aggregates that are not clung to and not subject to clinging, and the material life faculty (rūpa-jīvitindriya), are a condition for kamma-born matter (kaṭattārūpa) by presence condition.
