[1646] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to and not subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) [is a condition] for a phenomenon that is clung to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya), for a phenomenon that is not clung to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya), and for a phenomenon that is not clung to and not subject to clinging: conascence (sahajāta), postnascence (pacchājāta).
