[1645] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not-clung-to (anupādinna) and not subject to clinging (anupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is clung-to (upādinna) and subject to clinging (upādāniya) and for a phenomenon that is not-clung-to and subject to clinging, by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya).
