[44] For each single term, the one-rooted (ekamūlaka), the two-rooted (dumūlaka), the three-rooted (timūlaka), the four-rooted (catumūlaka), the five-rooted (pañcamūlaka), and the all-rooted (sabbamūlaka) [sections] should be expanded in detail by one who does not become confused. The excellent triad (tika) Paṭṭhāna and the supreme dyad (duka), the dyad-triad (duka-tika) and the triad-dyad (tika-duka), the triad-triad (tika-tika) and the dyad-dyad (duka-duka)— six methods in the positive order (anuloma), exceedingly profound.
