[506] A wholesome phenomenon (kusalo dhammo) is a condition, by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya), for an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon:
The wholesome (kusala) is a condition for emergence (vuṭṭhāna);
the path (magga) is a condition for fruition (phala);
the conformity (anuloma) of trainees (sekkha) is a condition for the attainment of fruition (phalasamāpatti);
for one emerging from cessation (nirodha), the wholesome of the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception (nevasaññānāsaññāyatana-kusala) is a condition, by immediacy condition, for the attainment of fruition.
