[518] An indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon by way of contiguity condition (samanantara-paccaya). Adverting (āvajjanā) is a condition for the unwholesome aggregates (khandhā) by way of contiguity condition.
