[539] An indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon by dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya): the base (vatthu) is a condition for the unwholesome aggregates (khandhā) by dependence condition.
