[585] An unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition, by way of faculty condition (indriya-paccaya), for an unwholesome phenomenon and for an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon. Unwholesome faculties (indriya) are a condition, by way of faculty condition, for the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates and for forms originated by mind (citta).
