[619] Wholesome and indeterminate phenomena (dhammā) are a condition for an indeterminate phenomenon by presence condition (atthi-paccaya): conascent; postnascent [with] nutriment; [postnascent with] faculty.
Conascent: the wholesome aggregates and the primary elements (mahābhūtā) are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by presence condition.
Postnascent: the wholesome aggregates and edible nutriment (kabaḷīkāra āhāra) are a condition for this body by presence condition.
Postnascent: the wholesome aggregates and the physical life-faculty (rūpa-jīvitindriya) are a condition for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by presence condition.
