[64] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma), a wholesome phenomenon arises by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya): dependent on one wholesome aggregate (khandha), three aggregates arise; dependent on three aggregates, one aggregate arises; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates arise — [they arise] with the base (vatthu) as prenascence condition.
Dependent on an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon, an unwholesome phenomenon arises by prenascence condition: dependent on one unwholesome aggregate, three aggregates arise; dependent on three aggregates, one aggregate arises; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates arise — [they arise] with the base as prenascence condition.
Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon, an indeterminate phenomenon arises by prenascence condition: dependent on one resultant-indeterminate (vipākābyākata) or functional-indeterminate (kiriyābyākata) aggregate, three aggregates arise; dependent on three aggregates, one aggregate arises; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates arise — [they arise] with the base as prenascence condition.
